OZZIETECH has been operating since 2013 via eBay and has served over 15000 customers, with more to come.

How long does shipping take?

We ship every order using Australia Post, who aim to get parcels delivered within 2-7 business days of shipment.

What happens if I change my mind after purchasing?

Get in touch with our support team at support@ozzietech.com.au as soon as possible and they will help you amend your order! If you have already received your items or they have already been shipped you are welcome to send them back to us for a full refund/exchange – please check our Returns Policy for more details.

How do I use my promotional/discount code?

Often we send out special offers to our customers and may provide exclusive discounts storewide or on particular products. At the cart you will find an area to enter a promotional code. Hit apply and let the system do the rest!

What if I am after a product you don’t have online?

We have an extensive supplier network and if there’s a product you think we just must have, let us know and chances are we will be able to source it for you – we appreciate all customer feedback and take each and every idea on board!

How do you afford to sell items for so cheap?

We buy in bulk and purchase our products from trusted suppliers globally, and pass on the savings to you!
