Our return policy is as follows:

Change of Mind

We are happy to provide a full refund or exchange for any items returned within 30 days of purchase . Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Products

We make every effort to ensure our customers receive their products in perfect shape and in working order. However, in the event you receive a faulty or damaged product, please get in contact with our support team, either through email at support@ozzietech.com.au or using the ‘Contact Us’ link on our site and they will be happy to organize a replacement or refund for you.

Warranty Claims

In addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable Commonwealth or State Government laws, we happily offer a 24 month warranty all products – if any item you purchase from us within 24 months of purchase develops a fault or malfunctioning of any kind, not caused by misuse or wear and tear, we will process a full refund of the product cost or replace the product with the same product or a product of the same value after the fault is verified (this will usually involve you sending the faulty item back to us for assessment or other means, for example a photograph of the fault). The cost of shipping relating to warranty claims will be borne by OZZIETECH, except in the case of a non-faulty product in which the customer will be required to pay the appropriate postage amount to receive the non-faulty item back.
