Change of Mind

We are happy to provide a full refund or exchange for any items returned within 30 days of purchase . Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Products

We make every effort to ensure our customers receive their products in perfect shape and in working order. However, in the event you receive a faulty or damaged product, please get in contact with our support team, either through email at or using the ‘Contact Us’ link on our site and they will be happy to organize a replacement or refund for you.

Warranty Claims

In addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable Commonwealth or State Government laws, we happily offer a 24 month warranty all products – if any item you purchase from us within 24 months of purchase develops a fault or malfunctioning of any kind, not caused by misuse or wear and tear, we will process a full refund of the product cost or replace the product with the same product or a product of the same value after the fault is verified (this will usually involve you sending the faulty item back to us for assessment or other means, for example a photograph of the fault). The cost of shipping relating to warranty claims will be borne by OZZIETECH, except in the case of a non-faulty product in which the customer will be required to pay the appropriate postage amount to receive the non-faulty item back.
